What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small service, retail, and restaurant businesses — typically owner-operated or with a small management team. If you're the one running the day-to-day and something isn't working the way it should, you're probably the right fit.

Do you work with businesses outside of San Antonio?

Yes. Most of what we do translates well remotely — strategy, digital presence, systems design, and automation work can all be handled virtually. We serve businesses nationwide.

How much does it cost to work with Avid Reach?

Most engagements are scoped and priced after the free consultation — once we understand exactly what your business needs, we can give you an honest number. There's no standard package, because there's no standard business.

That said, some work does have a starting point. Website builds start at $300 depending on scope and complexity. We'll always be upfront about what something will cost before any work begins.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes — no charge, no commitment, no pitch deck. It's a focused conversation about your business. If there's a fit, we'll tell you what it would look like to work together. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too.

What happens after I submit the form?

We'll follow up within one to two business days to confirm and schedule your consultation. From there, we spend time understanding your business — what's working, what isn't, and where the gaps are. You'll leave with a clear picture of what it would take to fix them.

How long does an engagement typically take?

It depends on the scope. A website build might take two to four weeks. A broader operational or systems engagement could run longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline before anything starts — and we don't begin work until you've agreed to it.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the quality of what we build and the honesty of what we tell you. Outcomes depend on factors beyond any consultant's control — your team, your market, how changes get implemented. What we can guarantee is that we won't recommend something we don't believe will make a real difference, and we won't walk away until the work is done right.

What if I only need one thing — like a website?

That's fine. Not every engagement has to be a full overhaul. If you need a website and that's it, we build a website. If the consultation reveals something else worth addressing, we'll mention it — but there's no pressure to do more than you need.
